Brandmeister AirSecurity Setup

I am using Google Authenticator, scanned the QR code, then retrieved the six digit access code. On a DMR Transceiver TYT-MD380 or Motorola XPR7550e I go to Contacts, Manual Dial, Radio ID, and enter "9" then the six digit access code (waiting for it to refresh first), then key up.


Using Google Authenticator
1.)  Log on to the Brandmeister User Dashboard  https://brandmeister.network/?page=selfcare
2.)  Brandmeister User SelfCare account   Register  or  Login   once completed
3.)  Top right Username [SelfCare]
4.)  AirSecurity / TOTP enable
5.)  scanned the QR code
6.)  with one of the follow TOTP application - ie.  ( Google Authenticator, ios - OTP Auth )

7.) On my Motorola XPR7550e I go to Contacts, Manual Dial, Radio ID, and enter "9" then the six digit access code (waiting for it to refresh first), then key up.

Using any one of - (3) IOS apps |  (3) Android apps
- Google Authenticator
- TOTP
- FreeOTP
- TouchOTP

AirSecurity - Access Denied | Access Carry Declined

SOLUTION : i had to or needed to reset my computer CLOCK lower right of Windows, right click "adjust date and time" and updated to the NTP and then rescan with app.  .... ACCEPTED and now working
